About the job

This role will be responsible for responding to inbound enquiries as well as managing relationships with existing customers. You will be part of a team that ensures the smooth delivery of products and services, coordinating with customers, suppliers and other team members. You may be the first point of call for customers, so we are after someone who will represent our brand and the global brands we partner with in a professional and positive light.

About your skills

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, attitude and experience:

  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Customer service, internal sales or admin experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to learn and master new industries
  • Attention to detail without compromising deadlines
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calls to existing customers
  • Experience tracking customer activity online (e.g. CRM, spreadsheets or equivalent) and preparing basic quotes
  • Excellent organisational, time and self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and topics simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills and phone manners – you will be 'the voice' of our brands
  • Current IT literacy skills and sound experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborative team player
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise your workload
  • Task-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment

We'd also love you to have (but not essential):

  • Experience working within mechanical, electrical, electronic or IT industries
  • Experience working across multiple brands/companies simultaneously
  • Tertiary education.


This role offers a negotiable base salary, based on your experience, skills and ability to add value to our organisation.
